Beware Of Online Scams

**Please be aware of online scammers mainly on FB**

I C Events will never inbox you asking for money. We do not contact ANY vendor on facebook notifying them of events or openings.

Signs of a potential SCAM:

1. Out of town/state area code *We are LOCAL (817) area code*

2. Offering a big discount *If it seems to good to be true it is*

3. Asking for payment thru Google Pay, Zelle, Apple Pay, Check, Cash App, Pay Pal, Venmo, Cash on the corner (yes this one actually happened) * We do NOT accept any of these! You MUST fill out an application and receive an approval and invoice to be a vendor at any of our events*

4. I C Events is ONLY Ikeshia and Christine if ANYONE else post our events claiming they are a coordinator/ helper with I C Events THEY ARE A SCAMMER. *Check their personal fb profile to verify its not a new profile.*

5. Inboxing you or emailing you from a question/inquiry you put on fb *You must contact us thru our website to get info. DO NOT send a fb message. 95% of our fb messages are SCAMMERS and BOTs. We RARELY check them. The link to our website is on our fb page.*

Please note that CHRISTMAS IN GRAPEVINE is SOLD OUT! It's our most popular event and scammers LOVE to use Christmas in Grapevine to scam people. If there are ever any openings we will contact vendors on our waitlist or post it on the application so if you did not join our waitlist or see it available on the application it is NOT available. Do NOT send anyone money.

**When in doubt you can ALWAYS call the venue to verify dates and they can direct you to the correct website or email of the event coordinator hosting the event!**

Pay it forward:

Please let new vendors know to join our email list and other coordinators email list to be notified of upcoming events. We ONLY release new events to our email list. We do NOT post "Vendor Opportunities, Spots Available" ads on social media EVER! Brand new vendors are getting scammed and it turns them away from trying to sell their crafts and products at events because they don't know what's real and what's a scam and that's terrible. Please help them from getting scammed!

Thank you,

Ikeshia and Christine
